Event Recap: Stray Kids Cafe Las Vegas

This was a fun trip! It was my first time driving to Vegas for an event. (I previously did events in Vegas, but I did not drive.) I went with Kai from Stray Soulz this time and we had a great time. We went the day before and made a few stops. One of those stops was the 7 Magic Mountains that BTS visited once upon a time.

I was happy that Kai liked taking photos and capturing memories digitally. Before we knew it, we had spent half an hour there and had dry throats. The photos came out great and looked unreal. The cloudy sky was a great background.

We also went to Seafood City and went a little bit crazy on the snacks. We filmed a video of us trying them, but it may never be released. But rest assured that we enjoyed them. So much so, that I went around and shared them with the vendors at the event. For dinner, we just had frozen pizza from the hotel bar. I didn't know the hotel was located where there was construction and I didn't want to go back out once we settled in.

I happily handed out everyone's freebies before the event started. I've really been enjoying making freebie envelopes for the vendors. It gets me up and out of my table and in front of someone to say hello. If you're also a vendor, I suggest trying it, especially if you go to events alone. I personally feel better and happier to do it.

I'm thinking maybe I will make an effort to take photos with my table moving forward, like Kai did here. Her table was so popular! Everyone loved her merch. I kept telling her that I was immediately drawn to her table when I first saw her at an event I attended. It was love at first sight. I'm grateful to know her and be able to sell her products on my table when she's not around.

The event itself was lovely. Decor was so cute and each vendor received a tier, a pastry, and Pocky! I always appreciate the way the hosts of this event take care of their vendors. There were a lot of people who bought lucky draws. Both Stray Kids and Enhypen were the popular ones. Although it was a Stray Kids event, the most popular product was actually BTS J-Hope's Hope World Memo and the Love Stamps sticker sheets.

Vibe rating: 🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔
The vibes were all there. I really enjoyed the event, surrounded with vendor friends and happy attendees.

Sales rating: 🥔🥔🥔
Although I exceeded my typical sales goals, I didn't make a profit after factoring in the expenses.
