Processing

Order processing is 3-10 business days. You will receive a separate email when your order has shipped.

Shipping

Domestic shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 with tracking. Stamped shipping is also available if the order is less than 1.5oz and items are flat.

Shipping Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping information was provided when placing an order. If you find that you have entered the incorrect information, you have up to 60 minutes (1 hour) to contact us at lunapixistudio@gmail.com. We will make every effort to make the correction. However, once your order has been shipped, we claim no responsibility or liability for lost packages. If your package is Returned to Sender due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery, but you will be charged for shipping for a second time.

Shipping Method at Checkout

It is the customer's responsibility to choose the correct shipping method at checkout. Choosing a shipping address is NOT the same as choosing a shipping method. 

Event Pickup

Minimum order requirement: $10
In order to prevent fraudulent orders, all event pickup orders must be a minimum of $10 to qualify. Pickup options will automatically show up when you add the minimum amount to your cart.
