1. Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, we are only accepting orders from United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Please see the Shipping Policy for more details.
2. How does it work if I want to order an item that is in-stock and pre-order?
In-stock items and pre-order items cannot be ordered at the same time. Two separate orders must be placed for in-stock and pre-order items.
In-stock items are any handmade items in the shop that are already available on hand or can be made to order within 48 hours.
Pre-order items need an external manufacturer to produce, and therefore the product is not in-stock yet. Certain items are made available for pre-order in order to fund the cost of production. Wait time will depend on when the pre-order requirement is fulfilled. In some cases, this may take months depending on the demand for the item.
If you place an order with both in-stock and pre-order items, you will have to wait for the pre-order items to arrive before your entire order can be fulfilled.
3. I placed my order too quickly. I placed a new one. Can you waive the sales tax and combine my order?
Sales tax cannot be waived and orders cannot be combined. Please see the Refund Policy for details about order cancellation.
4. Do you do group orders?
We currently do not do group orders. Any customer may host their own group order if they wish. Unfortunately, no extra discounts or waivers are available for group or bulk orders at this time.
5. I forgot to apply a discount code at checkout!
Unfortunately, we are unable to make price adjustments or apply discounts to an order once successfully placed. Promotional offers may not be applied to previous purchases.
6. Are all the products really handmade?
90% of the products are handmade. Notebooks and washi tapes are manufactured.
7. Why aren't the products packaged individually in clear plastic bags?
Luna Pixi Studio does not use plastic except for display purposes at events. All packaging is recyclable and unnecessary inclusions are kept to a minimum. We pride ourselves in recycling and reducing our waste as much as possible. Memo labels and crinkle paper used in packing boxes are all from memo scraps. Because of our commitment to the environment, packaging may not be as aesthetic as other businesses, but it is a sacrifice we are more than happy to make.
8. Can I get (idol name) as a photo freebie?
We will make every effort to provide you with your preferred photo if available. Please note that member photos are not available for every idol group in the shop. Please leave a note in your order if you want a specific member. In the event that a member's photo is unavailable, a group photo, a unit photo, or another member will be provided. If there are no photos available for a particular group, alternative freebies will be provided at our discretion.
9. Why do I have to pay taxes?

Retail sales of tangible items in California are generally subject to sales tax.
Some items are exempt from sales and use tax, including:
- Sales of certain food products for human consumption (many groceries)
- Sales to the U.S. Government
- Sales of prescription medicine and certain medical devices
- Sales of items paid for with food stamps
